Lidkoping and the city of Rockford,Illinios,USA-has signed an agreement about industrial partneship. Part of the agreement follows: Whereas the cities of Rockford Illinios and Lidköping ,Sweden share core values of quality of life,innovation,entrepreneurship and economic opportunity. Whereas the cities resemble commercial characteristics,collaboration with industries,academia snd eeonomic developement. Whereas we encourage greater friendship and understanding between Rockford and Lidkoping trough direct personal contact and commerce. we also agree to collaborate for the mutual benefit of their comminties by exploring innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities.
